The Weingart Access Center serves as a starting point for many L.A. residents who are experiencing homeless and wish to rebuild their lives.

The Weingart Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that provides homeless individuals with the basic tools necessary to stabilize their lives, secure income, and find permanent housing.

We couldn’t be happier or more grateful! Not only did our 26th Annual Golf Classic Fundraiser exceed our fundraising goals and expectations, it was all for a very good cause: addressing homelessness in Los Angeles.

Senator Kevin Murray (Ret) and the Weingart Center Association announced today that it will host a special groundbreaking ceremony on July 6th, 2021, to celebrate the upcoming construction of a 51-unit, 5-story permanent supportive housing development for Seniors and Senior Veterans who are experiencing homelessness.

Sammy was forced back to living on the streets of Downtown L.A. after being discharged from a facility where he no longer met the mental health requirements of that program.

Finding it difficult to solidify a stable foundation after his release from incarceration in 2017, Ime fell into homelessness.
