AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Weingart Center Association, doing business as Weingart Center (“Weingart Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the weingart.org website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms of Use will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount, if any, you paid directly to us through the Site in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Certain laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Weingart Center and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

(3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
