Artist Bios

Greg first came to Weingart Center via our interim housing programs. Today, he is a resident at Weingart Tower, Weingart Center’s permanent supportive housing development in downtown Los Angeles.

Greg is a talented artist and enjoys taking part in WeingART WORKs. Greg creates great works of art in a variety of mediums — from acrylics on canvas to fabric paintings to illustration works. Greg’s work is often freeform and is just as vivid as his bubbly personality.

Isaac's first entered Hilda Solis Care First Village, an interim housing development located in downtown Los Angeles and operated by Weingart Center. Today, Isaac is a resident at Weingart Tower, our permanent supportive housing development in downtown Los Angeles.

Event though Isaac’s journey into art-making is fairly new, he has fully embraced his creative side, producing countless acrylics on canvas that not only showcase the power of art therapy, but also reflect his sense of humor and determination.

Ian’s art reflects multiple influences, such as WW2 artist, Henry Moore, early Netherlandish artist, Hieronymus Bosch, Swiss artist, H. R. Geiger, and others.
