August 25 -- Beats & Bites -- Weingart Center Benefit

As part of the mojamoja.com weekly event series, Viceroy Santa Monica is hosting "Beats & Bites".  For the month of August, the hotel will donate 100% of the proceeds from their drink of the month, the lychee martini, to the Weingart Center Association, an organization committed to transforming lives by delivering innovative solutions to combat poverty and break the cycle of homelessness.  While the cocktail is available for purchase throughout the month of August, an additional event will take place next Wednesday, August 25, 2010, where attendees can enjoy Brazilian cuisine with DJ Brazilia playing authentic Samba music.  Live dancers will add to the festivities.
