Welcome to Our Blog
Welcome to the Weingart Center Association Blog. We are launching our re-branded logo and long-awaited new website in celebration of our 25th anniversary. We invite you to read about the important work we do here, how we impact our community, and the stories of the many lives that we transform.
With this Blog, the Weingart Center Association hopes to maintain an open dialogue with you about the issue of homelessness within our great city as well as the challenges that face the men and women we serve. We encourage you to ask questions and express your thoughts and opinions about the many facets of homelessness through respectful and insightful discussion.
We are proud of the work we do. These tough economic times are impacting our city and making our services more critical. It is important for every Angeleno to know the gravity of how homelessness affects our community by understanding the root causes, and how each of us can help. We’re really glad that you’re here with us.

Weingart is a unique place for helping the homeless meet their needs to get back on their feet. Nothing else like it down on skid row in my opinion. Keep up the good work.
