Warren Loui, Partner at Winston & Strawn and formerly at Mayer Brown, is  as a transactional and corporate attorney specializing in: Securitization, Lending, and Emerging Companies.  Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Mr. Loui was a Partner at Mayer Brown.

Warren graduated from Stanford Law School, received his MBA from Stanford University, and earned a BS at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
