Clinical Services Director

LCSW, licensed MFCC, or licensed psychologist required.  Licensed for at least 2 years strongly preferred w/2-3 years managerial experience.  Substance abuse, mental health and dual diagnosis treatment and service delivery experience and strong knowledge base of treatment modalities.  Experience in clinical assessment and diagnosis. 

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Substance Abuse Counselor                                                                                

Current CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) issued by the California Certification Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors, RAS (Registered Addiction Specialist), CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist), CAADE required. Bachelor's degree in Human Services is not a substitute for certification requirement. 

A minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse, mental health and dual diagnosis treatment and service delivery.

Some education may be substituted for experience.

Program Monitors (full-time, part-time, on-call)

Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma or its equivalent required.  One year experience working in a human service organization, qualified and trained to recognize the symptoms and signs of substance abuse; able to communicate well by telephone and through written correspondence.

Residential Services Coordinator (“Front Desk Clerks”)

Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or its equivalent required.  Excellent customer service skills with the  ability to listen effectively to both the guests and staff. Ability to maintain and provide calm and courteous attitude in volatile and stressful situations.  Front office appearance -- professional appearance suitable to greet public. 

Flexibility to change priorities regarding assignments and work schedule.
