Legislators Day

Legislative Day is an annual reception hosted by the Weingart Center Association to give our lawmakers the opportunity to visit Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles and see the comprehensive human services given individuals in order to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

WHEN:  Thursday, October 13, 2001, 9 AM – 11 AM
WHERE: Weingart Center – 566 S. San Pedro St., Los Angeles 90013
INVITEES: Members of the Federal and State Legislatures, Los Angeles County and City elected officials.
SCHEDULE: 9 AM – Continental breakfast and guided tours of Weingart Center.
 10 AM – Program
 Tours will also be conducted following the program.
PARKING: Secured parking will be available at the Weingart Center lot at the corner of 6th and San Pedro streets. Please RSVP to secure.
