Recuperative Care

Operated in conjunction with JWCH Institute and staffed by Registered Nurses, this program provides transitional housing, case management, individual counseling, meals, and medical services to individuals "discharged to the streets" from area hospitals who are recovering from serious illness or injury, but do not require full hospital care. The program provides 24-hour nursing care in conjunction with the case management services in order to help clients address their homelessness while recovering from physical illness or injury.
